To use techyru services you must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under applicable law. Techyru may restrict access in jurisdictions where provision of our services is limited by local regulations.

Accounts and user responsibilities

Keep login credentials confidential. Notify techyru promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We maintain reasonable safeguards but cannot assume liability for compromised credentials due to user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written approval from techyru.

techyru may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms or for suspected fraudulent activity, after providing notice where required by law.

Service description

techyru provides informational and advisory services to assist clients in identifying and evaluating luxury apartment options in Thailand. Services may include curated listings, market data, property tours coordination, and vendor introductions.

We may modify, add, or remove features from the service. Material changes that affect user obligations will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Service availability depends on third-party listings, local agencies, and property owner participation. techyru does not control third-party availability and does not ensure any listing remains active.

User conduct and rules

Users must comply with the following conduct guidelines when using techyru services and platform features.

• Provide truthful and complete information in all interactions and listings.
• Refrain from abusive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful behavior toward staff, partners, or other users.
• Do not attempt to access restricted portions of the platform or interfere with service operations.
• Respect intellectual property rights of techyru and third parties.
• Use provided communication channels for legitimate property inquiries and scheduling.
• Comply with local regulations related to property visits, documentation, and identification requirements.
• Report suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or safety concerns promptly to techyru support.

User content and submissions

Users may provide content such as preferences, reviews, or messages. Submissions should reflect honest experience and lawful material.

You retain ownership of content you submit to techyru, subject to the license you grant in these terms.

By submitting content you grant techyru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes of providing services and improving user experience.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you provide and for any claims arising from that content.

techyru may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law, or that may present safety or legal risks.

Intellectual property

All techyru branding, platform design, documentation, and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

• Do not reproduce or redistribute protected content beyond permitted use cases.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or marks from techyru materials.
• Report suspected IP infringement to our designated contact for resolution.

Paid services and fees

Certain advisory or coordination services may be offered for a fee. Paid services will be described separately with pricing and payment terms disclosed before purchase.

Pricing for paid services is set out in the applicable order form or service description. Prices may include one-time fees or periodic charges as specified.

Payments may be collected via available payment methods and processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize techyru to charge the payment method provided for approved transactions.

If a subscription model applies, the terms will describe billing frequency, renewal process, and cancellation options prior to enrollment.

Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with the specific paid service terms and applicable consumer protection laws. Contact support to discuss individual refund requests.

Cancellation rights and procedures will be described in the service agreement. Some services may require advance notice for termination or may be non-refundable for work already performed.

Users are responsible for any taxes associated with paid services. techyru will indicate when taxes are charged and collect as required by law.

Prices for services may change; existing customers will be notified of changes affecting recurring fees in accordance with their service agreement.

Non-payment of fees may result in suspension of paid services until outstanding balances are settled.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, techyru and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on listings, or third-party actions. Third-party services and listings

Listings, vendors, and other third-party services referenced by techyru are independent. techyru does not assume responsibility for third-party performance, legality of listings, or contractual arrangements between users and third parties.

Termination and suspension

techyru may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms, violate applicable law, or present safety risks. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Upon termination, certain content and account access will be disabled. Fees owed prior to termination remain due and enforceable.

Privacy and data protection

Handling of personal data is governed by the techyru Privacy Policy. By using services you consent to processing described in that policy, including collection, use, and disclosure necessary to deliver the service.

Communications and notices

We may send notices about service changes, technical updates, or required account information by email or through the platform. Notices related to legal rights will be provided in the manner specified in these terms.

Changes to terms
