Service description
techyru provides informational and advisory services to assist clients in identifying and evaluating luxury apartment options in Thailand. Services may include curated listings, market data, property tours coordination, and vendor introductions.
We may modify, add, or remove features from the service. Material changes that affect user obligations will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Service availability depends on third-party listings, local agencies, and property owner participation. techyru does not control third-party availability and does not ensure any listing remains active.
User conduct and rules
Users must comply with the following conduct guidelines when using techyru services and platform features.
- Provide truthful and complete information in all interactions and listings.
- Refrain from abusive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful behavior toward staff, partners, or other users.
- Do not attempt to access restricted portions of the platform or interfere with service operations.
- Respect intellectual property rights of techyru and third parties.
- Use provided communication channels for legitimate property inquiries and scheduling.
- Comply with local regulations related to property visits, documentation, and identification requirements.
- Report suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or safety concerns promptly to techyru support.
User content and submissions
Users may provide content such as preferences, reviews, or messages. Submissions should reflect honest experience and lawful material.
You retain ownership of content you submit to techyru, subject to the license you grant in these terms.
By submitting content you grant techyru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes of providing services and improving user experience.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you provide and for any claims arising from that content.
techyru may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law, or that may present safety or legal risks.
Intellectual property
All techyru branding, platform design, documentation, and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute protected content beyond permitted use cases.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or marks from techyru materials.
- Report suspected IP infringement to our designated contact for resolution.
Paid services and fees
